Refund Policy
Last updated 8 September 2026
Wapper.ai sells credit. You add money to a wallet, and making a change to an app spends some of it. This page says when that money comes back.
Credit you have not used
Ask us within 14 days of paying and we will refund the credit you have not spent, less 10%. Your wallet does not expire, so there is no rush — the 14 days is about the refund, not about the credit.
The 10% is not a fee we keep. It is roughly what the payment processor charges to take the money in the first place, and it is not returned to us when we refund you. We would rather say that plainly than pretend the money went somewhere else.
Changes you have already made
Credit spent on a change is not refundable. The app was built and it is yours. If a build fails or produces nothing, you are not charged for it at all — that is not a refund, it is simply how the meter works.
Free credit
Some credit is given rather than bought: the changes a new account starts with, the free ones each month, and the bonus that comes with a larger top-up. Free credit is not money and cannot be refunded as money. Refunds return what you actually paid.
Mistakes
If you were charged twice, or paid an amount you did not mean to, tell us and we will return it in full. We would rather fix that than argue about it.
How to ask
Email hello@wapper.ai from the address on your account and say what you would like refunded. We answer within a few working days. You do not need to give a reason.
Payments are taken by Paddle, our merchant of record, so a refund is returned by them to the card or account you paid with. It usually appears within a few working days, depending on your bank.
If something goes wrong
Please contact us before asking your bank to reverse a charge. A chargeback costs both of us a fee and takes weeks; an email usually takes a day and gets you the same money back.
